Crouse Bianco are 100% Genuine Leather sneakers made in Portugal.  Manufactured and ethically sourced from Natural European Bovine Leather. 

Crouse Bianco are labeled “Made in Portugal” which is a globally recognized standard of excellence in the textile industry. The Associação Têxtil e Vestuário Portuguesa has declared clothing branded with this label is both ethically and professionally manufactured under meticulous standards.

Crouse Bianco accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Ozow and EFT  

We take the data security of our merchants and their buyers very seriously. We have a multitude of automated and manual checks in place to protect both buyers and from fraudulent transactions. 

When you place an order at crousebianco.com, we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address.  However, if you haven’t received it after a few minutes. Check your spam folder. If still not found in spam folder, contact us on shop@crousebianco.com and we will assist you further. 

Crouse Bianco currently ships to the entire African continent, with Free Shipping in South Africa. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer to anywhere outside South Africa within the African continent. We are currently working on channels to ship internationally!

The cost for delivery is calculated at checkout for customers outside South Africa 

The delivery time is 5-7 working days from the day after you place your order.  When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a more exact delivery date. Our warehouse only operates during business hours, Monday to Friday. 

Yes, given the following conditions are met: 

    • All products must be returned within 30 days since the order was received.
    •  All products must be returned in their original condition. 
    • All returns must include the original packaging. 
  1. Email us on shop@crousebianco.com with the pictures of the parcel you received  
  2. Await a swift reply from us via email about the pickup address
  3. Contact your courier and share the pickup address with them 

Yes. However please also note that Crouse Bianco will not be responsible for any shipping costs or lost packages when returning purchases.  

Note: If damaged on their way back to us. we will also not accept them, and you will be billed. 

Yes, if you wish to exchange your order, you simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order online
