Return Policy

NOTE: CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR COURIER CHARGES WHEN RETURNING FOR A REFUND AND/OR EXCHANGE 

Please email enquiries@crousebianco.com , include your order number. Banking details will be emailed to you. Exchange Items cannot be On Sale (Crouse Bianco cannot return Sale Product) 

We must wait for the returning product to get back to us before exchanging/refunding and the goods must be undamaged/unworn with all the relevant packaging still intact/undamaged, please understand how important this is. 

Please email enquiries@crousebianco.com  your order number, picture of parcel received and we will process the exchange. Finally contact your courier after receiving a confirmation email from Crouse Bianco 

If an item sent to you is damaged or the wrong size/item from what you ordered. Crouse Bianco will pay the Courier fee and get the right item to you as quick as possible. 

Credit Card Refunds take up to 14 days by law.

EFT and direct deposits will take Crouse Bianco 2-3 working days to process. 

The courier will supply a flyer bag when collecting. 

When the courier collects, please make sure THEY ARE IN A MARKED COURIER VEHICLE, ARE WEARING UNIFORMS AND SUPPLY YOU WITH PROOF OF COLLECTION.

Returns and refunds must be enacted within 30 Days of receiving goods. 

Goods must also be in original condition and unworn returned in their original packaging.
