How to Clean Suede Shoes

You will need: White vinegar, rubbing alcohol & cornstarch a toothbrush, a pencil eraser and a soft cloth

Create a steady shape for your sneaker with crumpled-up newspaper or a shoe tree. Remove excess dirt and debris with a toothbrush, gently brushing away at the surface (while the shoe is dry). follow by removing any remaining marks on the surface with a clean eraser while gradually applying pressure. If determined stains are persisting use a soft cloth that has white vinegar or rubbing alcohol.

For oily and greasy stains sprinkle cornstarch on the stain and let it sit for a few hours, then gently wipe it away with a soft cloth. However, for the removal of blood stains use a soft cloth that contains a small amount of hydrogen peroxide.
